About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at KIJOSA INVESTMENT CORP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
