The role of the Administrative Assistant at Theo Motors is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to the team.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
This position is situated within a dynamic automobile dealership, requiring the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages efficiently.
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Set up and manage both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee office and volunteer staff.
Proficiency in MS Office is required for this position.
Work Conditions- Ability to work independently.
- Capacity to manage a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
This is a permanent position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
