About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead the operations and growth of our business at Jonas Software UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the financial performance of the business and report key metrics to senior management.
- Lead a team of remote workers and ensure high standards of product quality and service are delivered consistently.
- Communicate the value of our platform to current and prospective customers.
- Ensure company directives are executed successfully and parent company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior/Department Leader in a software business.
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant management, business, and/or information technology discipline.
- Ability to build and implement strategies and initiatives for realizing business and financial objectives.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to plan and set priorities that align with the needs of the organization.
- Results-oriented with integrity and commitment to maximizing long-term results.
