Technical Services Administrative Support - Contract Position

Location: Remote

This role is a fixed-term contract.

The Technical Services Administrative Support individual will be responsible for data management and customer service assistance for Natus newborn care offerings. This position is designed to focus on immediate data management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all customer and employee orders and returns through various communication channels in our CRM system.

· Offer technical assistance for all supported products.

o Collaborate directly with customers, distributors, authorized service centers, and field personnel to resolve technical challenges.

· Provide after-hours support according to a scheduled rotation (after-hours defined as evenings and weekends).

· Maintain the Service Request database, documenting all customer interactions in compliance with FDA regulations. Create and manage information in approved databases as outlined by departmental procedures.

· Collaborate with Sales and Field Service Organizations (Domestic), Shipping, Manufacturing, Depot Repair, Inventory Control, and Finance to ensure product delivery.


Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

· Minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center or customer service administrative capacity.

· Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel) with basic Excel skills such as data entry, filtering, and sorting.

· Professional telephone etiquette with a strong focus on customer service.

· Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities is crucial.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, lookups, and other formulas are preferred.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and experience with call tracking systems or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases such as Salesforce, Oracle, Siebel, and EBS is preferred.

Required Schedule Rotation:
  • Friday from 6am-6pm GMT
  • Saturday from 6am-6pm GMT
  • Sunday from 6am-6pm GMT
