**Job Summary**
Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled **Field Warranty Service Consultant** to join its Solutions and Services Group (SSG). This individual will be responsible for driving service performance, warranty costs, and customer satisfaction for new/existing partners and customers enrolled in warranty programs within North America.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the service relationship with partners and customers, ensuring service performance goals are met or exceeded.
- Monitor and work with multiple locations to resolve any issues partners or customers may encounter.
- Achieve required field service targets, including first-time fix, parts per machine, claims volume, and revenue.
- Promote parts sales and services offerings through the partner network.
- Develop and align the partner network according to the current Lenovo service model strategy.
**Requirements**
- Working knowledge of field service metrics, technical support, warranty costs, and service offerings.
- Strong relationship skills to drive performance results.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
