Restaurant Operations Supervisor

Osmow's Shawarma is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. This role requires a candidate with a Secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
