Job Title: Receptionist/Inventory Controller

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Inventory Controller. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls
  • Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
  • Prepare the daily bank deposit, stock vehicles, and provide administrative support
  • Complete website updates and maintain databases

Requirements:

  • Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
  • Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
  • Must have a valid Driver's License upon employment
