As a Receptionist in our Insolvency team, you will play a crucial role in supporting internal and external clients. You will be responsible for managing the reception switchboard, answering and directing incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, including the supply rooms and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception switchboard and answer incoming calls
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including the supply rooms and inventory
- Coordinate catering requirements and set up board rooms for client meetings
- Perform routine clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and printing reports
Skills and Experience
- Office and clerical experience in a professional working environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
