Job Title: Sr Project Manager of Digital Experience

Our client, a leading Canadian retailer, is seeking a seasoned Sr Project Manager of Digital Experience to spearhead efforts across their core digital properties, including websites and native mobile apps.

This role requires a leader who excels in managing stakeholder relationships, aligning project priorities, and ensuring the flawless execution and quality of digital projects. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for creative excellence, a robust skill set in project management, and a strategic mindset to drive digital experience to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large team encompassing creative services, production, and project management to advance the orchestration and optimization of people, process, and craft.
  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for digital marketing creation and publishing across all eCommerce and non-transactional digital properties.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the digital experience team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project priorities, roadmaps, and outcomes.
  • Oversee the creative direction of digital content, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and marketing goals.
  • Ensure the highest quality of creative outputs and maintain 100% coverage for site stability and content updates.
  • Regularly report on AODA compliance across digital properties and work with the Accessibility lead to address any gaps in compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing large, cross-functional teams in a digital or creative environment.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and creative direction.
  • Developing and implementing successful digital roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics, product management concepts, and agile methodologies.
