Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management to join our PC Express Fulfillment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our PC Express technology and solutions. This includes managing stakeholder expectations, gaining alignment on the product vision, and getting the support your team needs to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of product managers and help elevate the overall product management practice within Loblaw Digital.
  • Foster a culture of speed, candor, and curiosity to deliver top-quality efficient solutions for both our customers and in-store teams.
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product maintenance.
  • Make data-driven decisions to inform product development and optimization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience coaching and managing product teams of 3+ product managers.
  • Clear point of view on how to hire, retain, and grow talent.
  • Understanding and ability to teach others product management principles and best practices.
  • Track record of iterative product development and shipping high-integrity features.
  • Strong relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex organization and ability to influence them to bring a product vision to life.
  • Clear communicator with strong technical acumen, able to explain technical needs to a non-technical audience and vice-versa.
