Job Title: Lead Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Consultant to join our team at Bravens Inc., a subsidiary of Ampcus Inc. Our company specializes in providing tailored staffing solutions across IT and non-IT industries.

Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and HCM Process Owners to apply proficiency across different stages of the Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. This includes Requirements Elicitation, Solution Architecture definition and Design, creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality Solution Implementation for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay solutions, leading validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Interface with key stakeholders and HCM Process Owners
  • Apply proficiency across different stages of the Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Create high-level design artifacts
  • Deliver high-quality Solution Implementation for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay solutions
  • Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Current and active Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning & Variable Pay solutions
  • Solution Lead experience in at least 2 End-to-End SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Implementation Projects with Global organizations
  • Experience in Integrating Compensation planning and Variable Pay with Employee Central
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent understanding of Global Compensation / Salary (Merit, Promotion, Adjustments) and Short-Term and Long-term incentive planning processes with Business & Individual goals
  • Ability to conduct business requirements workshops for Compensation & Incentive Planning processes
  • Ability to work with Global Compensation process owners to define business requirements and translate them into configurable objects and update requirements documentation, configuration workbooks
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning solution for Global organizations – Salary planning, Promotion, Adjustments, Budgeting, guidelines
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
