SAP SuccessFactors HCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

Ampcus Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with key stakeholders and HCM Process Owners to understand business requirements and apply proficiency across different stages of the Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.
  • Play a key role in creating high-level design artifacts and delivering high-quality Solution Implementation for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay solutions.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Current and active Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning & Variable Pay solutions.
  • Solution Lead experience in at least 2 End-to-End SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Implementation Projects with Global organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in integrating Compensation planning and Variable Pay with Employee Central.
  • Excellent understanding of Global Compensation / Salary (Merit, Promotion, Adjustments) and Short-Term and Long-term incentive planning processes with Business & Individual goals.
  • Ability to conduct business requirements workshops for Compensation & Incentive Planning processes.
