Bravens Inc., a subsidiary of Ampcus Inc., is a leading information technology consulting and services company. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Interface with key stakeholders and HCM Process Owners to apply proficiency across different stages of the Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.
  • Play a key role in creating high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality Solution Implementation for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay solutions.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current and Active Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Planning & Variable Pay solutions.
  • Solution Lead experience in at least 2 End-to-End SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Implementation Projects with Global organizations.
  • Experience in Integrating Compensation planning and Variable Pay with Employee Central.
