Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sarab Cargo Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering electronic enquiries and responding to phone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to support the growth and development of our team.

Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to support the success of our team.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek and opportunities for growth and development.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
