We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated User Support Technician to join our team at DIGIPRO IT SOLUTIONS LTD.

Job Summary:

The User Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other digital tools. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems and software
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and digital tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with diverse user groups, including persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees
  • Knowledge of networking security and device drivers
  • Ability to provide awareness training to employees on creating a welcoming work environment
Work Environment:

The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of technical support analysts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of digital tools and technologies, and will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
