About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Equest. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of insurance sales agents, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set sales goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training and coaching to sales agents to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a sales leadership role
  • Insurance broker Level 2 license
  • Accredited CAIB and/or CIP designation
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
