Assistant Branch Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing all insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve expected targets and monitor branch reports for key performance indicators.
  • Seek opportunities to pursue new business and additional product sales.
  • Support the Branch Manager in leading the team and driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • At least three years' industry experience.
  • Insurance broker Level 2 license.
  • Bonus: Accredited CAIB and/or CIP and a post-secondary degree/diploma.
