YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Supervisor, you will serve as the essential support to the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring that your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your role focuses on executing effective Floorsets, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining an inviting store atmosphere through efficient replenishment practices. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for visual presentation, you thrive in a collaborative environment to achieve results. Your Responsibilities

  1. Passion for Merchandising: You play a key role in enhancing the guest experience alongside the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring that the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
  2. Expert in Floorsets: You lead exceptional Floorset execution by training and guiding the Floorset team, establishing clear productivity targets, and ensuring all areas of the store adhere to Floorset standards, from displays to fixtures.
  3. Merchandising Innovator: You maintain the store's visual appeal by taking ownership of daily merchandising tasks, adjusting sell-through strategies, and managing replenishment. You possess a keen sense for merchandising opportunities and proactively collaborate with leadership to implement effective solutions.
  4. Team Player: You assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring that the team comprehends how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store looking fresh.
  5. People-Centric: You prioritize the guest experience, fostering a culture of recognition within the merchandising team and celebrating achievements together.
  6. Commitment to Integrity: You uphold safety standards in both the Salesfloor and Stockroom, dedicated to strategies that minimize shrinkage while strictly adhering to AEO policies and procedures.
