As the Merchandise Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Merchandising Team Leader to uphold the AEO Brand Visual Standards throughout the store. Your proficiency in executing effective Floorsets, along with managing marketing and merchandising updates, ensures that the store is consistently prepared for guests through efficient replenishment. Your meticulous attention to detail, passion for visual merchandising, and collaborative spirit will help you thrive in this role. Your Responsibilities
- Passion for Merchandising: You will assist in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Standards.
- Expert in Floorsets: You will lead the execution of Floorsets by training and guiding the Floorset team, establishing clear productivity targets, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset criteria.
- Merchandising Innovator: You will take ownership of daily merchandising tasks, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment, always on the lookout for merchandising opportunities and ready to collaborate with leadership.
- Team Player: You will support the Merchandising Team Leader in educating the team on maintaining AEO Brand Standards through effective merchandising and replenishment practices.
- People-Centric: You will prioritize the guest experience and foster a culture of recognition, celebrating team achievements.
- Commitment to Integrity: You will ensure that safety standards are upheld on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom, adhering to shrink-reduction strategies and AEO policies.
