Job Summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the construction industry
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the construction equipment rental market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid class 5 driver's license and a recent driver's abstract
