Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to become an integral part of our culinary team. At Lone Star Texas Grill, our kitchen staff shares a deep appreciation for gastronomy and collaborates to deliver outstanding, freshly made dishes. Our focus is on crafting meals from scratch while upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. You will have the chance to master the art of preparing exceptional Tex-Mex cuisine and advance your culinary career at your own pace.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook our renowned dishes, including sizzling fajitas, traditional Tex-Mex specialties, and premium steaks. Learn and adhere to recipe guidelines to ensure the desired flavor profiles and portion sizes are consistently met. Exhibit the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously. Collaborate with service personnel to guarantee that our finest offerings are expertly prepared and served to guests. Work alongside our culinary team to uphold the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment.Qualifications
Ability to lift items weighing up to 30lbs. Capacity to remain active and engaged throughout the duration of your shift.
