About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Canmore. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
