About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Murrieta's Canmore Inc. as a Team Lead. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.

Train and Develop Staff

You will also be responsible for training and developing our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.

Quality Control

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Record Keeping

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and for using this data to inform our business decisions.

Scheduling and Planning

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing work schedules and planning menus to ensure that our customers receive a consistent and high-quality dining experience.

Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Murrieta's Canmore Inc., you will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of pressure. You will be required to work standing for extended periods and to be able to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Education

You will need to have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

You will need to have at least 1 month of experience in a food service role.
