About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our Food Service Team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people and ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of food service staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, including operating cash registers and making change, to ensure accurate financial transactions.
