We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant, seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 37 hours per week.
