  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and a clean and safe environment.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules to meet business needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
