Key Responsibilities

  • Task Assignment: Allocate duties to sales personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and facilitate ongoing training for staff members.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize product returns and maintain inventory organization.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for team members.
  • Sales Activities: Engage in selling merchandise and driving sales performance.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges effectively.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience in a retail environment.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
