Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Daily Fresh Produce. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including supervising sales workers, managing inventory, and preparing reports on sales volumes and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is always available
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient store operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
