Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alli Enterprises Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are adequately trained to perform their tasks.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Order merchandise and ensure that it is delivered to the store in a timely manner.
- Authorize return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed efficiently.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all employees are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to ensure that the store is operating effectively.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are easily accessible to customers.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Basic security clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales workers. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
