Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team at CB Canada. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and interviewing qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Assessment: Utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to identify and assess qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Candidate Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate offers with candidates, pre-close them during screening, and sell our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent.
  • Communication and Documentation: Maintain timely and complete communication with candidates and hiring managers while ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all documentation and system updates related to recruiting activities.
  • Job Description Optimization: Rewrite, refine, and polish job descriptions to attract top talent, utilizing high attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior corporate recruiting experience, preferably in-house recruiting versus agency recruiting.
  • Sourcing Skills: Strong candidate sourcing skills, including the ability to identify and attract top talent.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure top candidates.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, with a strong understanding of our organization's needs.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all recruiting activities.
  • Time Management: Proven strong time management, planning, and priority management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including the ability to work well with various computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Technology or telecommunications industry recruiting experience is preferred.

Work Arrangement:

This is a hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
