Job Title: Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Ryder System, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding contractors to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience
  • Onboarding new contractors and ensuring a smooth transition into the role
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years or more experience in full life-cycle recruiting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
