We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our AdminAdvantage team as a System Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall benefits administration and data management for our clients, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of their group benefits data.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with clients and their HRIS providers to establish electronic eligibility file feeds and confirm the integrity of test files.
- Participate in internal and external project team meetings to ensure seamless implementation and resolution of escalated plans and issues.
- Process files and serve as the main contact for live clients, ensuring timely and accurate data management.
- Act as a project manager, owning the electronic file implementation process from start to finish, and ensuring compliance with system and product enhancements.
- Attend training sessions to stay current with system and product updates, and assist with procedure development, training, and management.
- Act as the point of contact for escalated requests from internal and external customers, and identify client needs, issues, and perceptions to develop action plans for a positive client and member experience.
- Client/customer-facing experience with a proven ability to apply technical industry knowledge to day-to-day issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Group Benefits is an asset, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new ideas, concepts, technologies, and tools.
- A proven ability to collaborate and negotiate with various stakeholders, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong Office 365 skills and bilingual (French & English) is an asset.
