Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Leader to join our team at Accor as a Captain Server. This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service and enhance our dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Professional Service: Offer exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate leadership skills by training new staff members and maintaining a high level of customer service and staff morale.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Prepare and Serve: Prepare and serve beverages and food items to the highest standards.
  • Support the Team: Support the F&B Outlet team and uphold service standards, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Handle Guest Concerns: Handle guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maximize Revenues: Maximize revenues through strategic initiatives and effective sales techniques.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of serving experience, including a la carte service.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Certifications: Pro Serve certification and knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Team Player: A team player with a focus on guest satisfaction and a commitment to excellence.
