This key role will be responsible for managing purchasing and receiving functions for our online and physical stores, maintaining accurate data, and providing support to our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing:

Oversee full-time purchasing operations for our online stores, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of products.

Support occasional purchasing needs for our physical store, collaborating with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth delivery processes.

Receiving:

Manage the receipt of goods and maintain accurate inventory records, collaborating with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth delivery processes.

Data Management:

Develop and maintain spreadsheets for data tracking, including samples, pricing, and relevant product information, using Excel to analyze and present data in a clear and actionable format.

System Management & Reporting:

Maintain and improve internal systems to streamline operations, generating reports that support informed decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in purchasing and receiving roles, with strong proficiency in Excel, data management, and report generation.

Basic experience or interest in marketing and design, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in system management, with proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
