About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Operations Coordinator to join our team at ANTTAL TRANSPORTATION LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on company vehicles and equipment
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Coordinate and assign work to staff members to meet operational needs
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
Work Environment

As a Transportation Operations Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and that all tasks are completed on time.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
