Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at 7927975 CANADA INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging training for staff.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThis role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail. You must be organized and able to work effectively in a team environment.
