HR Technology Functional Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Technology Functional Analyst to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our HR Technology team, you will be responsible for converting business requirements into technical roadmaps detailing tool designs and configurations for our SuccessFactors system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear and detailed functional specifications.
  • Customize and configure the SuccessFactors system to meet specific needs, using best practices and ensuring consistency in processes and integration with other systems.
  • Test and validate configurations and functionalities to ensure that changes meet end-user requirements.
  • Support, analyze and solve functional problems for end-users.
  • Develop and maintain the necessary documentation on configurations, functionalities and integrations.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a similar technical discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience with the SuccessFactors system.
  • Experience with Boomi would be an asset.
  • Problem solving, identifying and resolving technical and functional problems.
  • Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm, initiative and a focus on solutions.
  • The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
