The Role We Are Offering

As an HR Technology Analyst, you will have the opportunity to interface directly with members of the HR and end-user teams across the globe.

The team is highly energetic and fast-paced, prioritizing the engagement of every team member while delivering high-quality results that shape the company's future.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs.
  2. Analyze these needs and recommend process improvements, considering the latest technologies available.
  3. Participate in the implementation of these recommendations by configuring systems.
  4. Test new configurations to ensure they meet the required standards.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can challenge the status quo to improve processes and ways of doing things.

They should be a self-starter who can successfully plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic, self-directed learner with a high level of curiosity.

They should possess strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet critical deadlines within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should also be pragmatic, action-oriented, and a team player.

They should be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both French and English.

Preferred Education

Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
