  • Leadership & Team Management:
    Supervise and mentor a team of security officers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Implement and enforce security protocols, ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements. Conduct regular site patrols, monitor CCTV footage, and respond to incidents swiftly and professionally.
  • Training & Development:

  • Client Relations:

    Assess security risks, identify potential vulnerabilities, and implement solutions to mitigate threats. Exercise sound judgment in handling complex situations and making informed decisions.
