Blackbird Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing guidance to security personnel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security services.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, policies, and protocols.
- Monitor and report on security incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
