Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing guidance and support to our security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain security equipment and systems, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze security incidents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with security personnel, clients, and other stakeholders.
