Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are aware of and comply with all security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order and meet industry standards.
- Develop and implement effective security plans and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of clients and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reports and recommendations for improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing security teams and implementing effective security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. security management, law enforcement) preferred.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with security personnel, clients, and other stakeholders. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:40 hours per week.
