Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at G4U Security Ltd.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Monitor and maintain high standards of security and safety
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security protocols
- Develop and implement effective security procedures and protocols
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a security leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
