Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Arcose Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and preparing reports.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and commission systems and components.
  • Coach and monitor staff performance, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • 11-15 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
