We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Ridall Pest Control.
Job Summary:The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
- Train staff and oversee administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement.
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
