About the Job

The Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Parts department is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wholesale/Front Counter Parts Associate to join our team. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for assisting customers with parts needs, answering telephone calls and emails from mechanical and body shop customers, and maintaining stock and inventory levels.

Daily Duties
  • Assist customers with parts needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer telephone calls and emails from mechanical and body shop customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist retail customers with parts inquiries and sales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock and inventory levels.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of parts.
  • Order parts and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support the back/tech counter as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a parts counter role is preferred.
  • Automotive knowledge and experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills are required.
  • Computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask is essential.
Working Hours

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and every 3rd Saturday from 8am to 12pm. Flexibility is required when necessary.
