About the Job

The Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Parts department is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wholesale/Front Counter Parts Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with parts needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer telephone calls and emails from mechanical and body shop customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support retail customers with parts inquiries and sales.
  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory levels, ensuring efficient ordering and shipping processes.
  • Provide assistance with shipping and receiving, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts.
  • Stay up-to-date on software and reports, utilizing this knowledge to optimize parts ordering and inventory management.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
  • Support the back/tech counter as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Previous parts counter experience is preferred, but not required.
  • A strong understanding of automotive knowledge and principles is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of inventory monitoring practices and computer proficiency are also required.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with every third Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business.
