Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with parts needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Answer telephone calls and emails from mechanical and body shop customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support retail customers with parts inquiries and sales.
  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory levels, ensuring seamless ordering and shipping processes.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring efficient and secure handling of parts.
  • Stay up-to-date on software and reports, utilizing this knowledge to optimize parts ordering and inventory management.
  • Contribute to a clean and safe workplace, adhering to company standards.
  • Support the back/tech counter as needed, providing additional support to the team.
Requirements
  • Previous parts counter experience is preferred, but not required.
  • A strong understanding of automotive knowledge is essential for success in this role.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills are necessary for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems is required for efficient parts ordering and inventory management.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and every third Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business.
