Position Overview

As a Service Quality Analyst at CLBC, you will serve as the primary liaison for service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating service contracts, including financial terms and service quantities.
  • Advising on contract compliance and necessary corrective actions in service delivery.
  • Collaborating with Facilitators to assess support requests, service availability, and resource appropriateness.
  • Conducting on-site evaluations of residential facilities and programs to address service quality and competency issues.
  • Assisting individuals and families in crisis situations in partnership with Facilitators.
  • Building and nurturing new service partnerships.
  • Facilitating service collaboration and establishing cost-sharing agreements.
  • Coordinating with key personnel regarding funding challenges and participating in local budget oversight.
  • Analyzing financial reports to ensure services align with approved funding.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the social services sector, particularly in resource development or contract management, is advantageous.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

A valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Work Arrangement

This position offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site office responsibilities with the flexibility to work remotely within BC after a successful probationary period.

Additional Information

Classification: Social Program Officer (Growth to R24) / Starting salary ranges from $39.30 to $41.65 per hour.
