Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at King Marine Supply Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, including estimating or quoting prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
